I had the privilege of working with Mrs. Welch on a custody battle for my daughter as well as a criminal case based on false charges. My very difficult cases proved to be a test of Mrs. Welch's knowledge of the law and assertiveness in front of a judge. This resulted in out the best outcome I could have obtained at this time. Through all of the turmoil my cases generated Mrs. Welch not once showed her stress and remained cool and collected through the whole experience. She was able to fully explain to me at each stage of our cases what direction we should go and the laws that supported our direction. This extra effort made me feel very comfortable with her knowledge.
