When looking for an attorney, someone that is thoughtful and understanding was very important to me. I had a civil case that was handled with the utmost respect and sincerity. He has heart but is also a strong ally when it comes to the courtroom. He will fight for you and fight for what's right. He works quickly and diligently to meet deadlines and is very detail oriented. Scott handled my felony drug case and DUI in Statesboro and knew all the things to do and the people he was dealing with. After what he did, my drug charge was dropped and the DUI was sent to a lower court where he got part of the evidence dismissed and the charge reduced to "failure to exercise due care," which later came off my record after I followed his advice and did a few things.
