Very smooth transaction - Shay and Christy were very easy to deal with and quick responses and execellent communication throughout. Our first contract fell through and we had another right behind it - so we stuck with your firm ( you were the First Buyers Choice) and it was a seemless transition from one contract to the next. Will use you again if we have another deal south of the airport!!

Beware alot of hidden cost and fees That They aren’t transparent about. Dexter was hard to communicate with. Tanieka I feel took advantage of the fact that I didn’t have any experience with legal services prior to obtaining them and hit me with sooooo many charges. They wouldn’t help me until I caught up on what I owed them which delayed my probate process tremendously.

My experience with Thompson Mungo Firm was extremely rewarding and satisfying. Attorney Thompson-Mungo provided incredible service and information. Her attention to detail and courteous manner were exceptional. I highly recommend her for estate planning.

Poor communication. Bad condescending attitudes. Really focused on getting as much money out of you as they can. Once you catch on they don’t want anything to do with you. They filed documents wrong with the courts and told me because they don’t represent me anymore they couldn’t help to fix it. Even though they filed these documents while representing me. They didn’t want to do my yearly filing with the courts until I was ready to settle the estate because I guess it didn’t yield them enough money to keep me on as a client that gave them $1000’s. Told me I would have pay another $3500 for them to keep representing me. Mind you filing don’t even run more that $100 a year. If your dealing with losing a love one and the stress of handling there estate please chose another firm that will handle you with care.

My husband and I closed our house with this Law firm. Mr. Edge was the closing attorney and was very rude and unprofessional. He came across very stuck during our closing. He seemed aggravated by the questions I asked. I got to the point where I had to go to the outer room for so fresh air. He did not even notice that I had left the room or that I was needed for further signatures. We have used this firm previously in two other closings, but this will not happen in the future. The sellers were not at the closing, which we found odd, but it was not explained to us until we asked. Mr. Edge did his best to make us uncomfortable during the closing. He succeeded.
