The closing process went smoothly from A-Z. Once the contract was received, our pre-closer, Marlene communicated quickly and efficiently. Our closer, Irene was thorough and on top of all the details to make the signing process at the table smooth, organized and stress-free. Our attorney, John answered questions, explained things well and the entire process was laid back, pleasant and fun. We loved how the photo of the house my client purchased and our names were on the large TV screen when we arrived. That was a welcoming touch and a great spot for photos after the closing. Attorney Martin-Stokes is amazing at what she does, I must say. The first time I spoke to her I felt as if I've known her for some time, as if she was a girlfriend I was talking out my problems with. She is so easy to speak with. I used her services for a divorce; she is very professional, personable, and knows what she is doing. Even during this Covid pandemic, she got things done! Her response times to questions are above par. She lets you know whats going on, what the next steps are. I am forever grateful for her and Ms. Robin's services.
