When I was in search of representation for my brother, I had called nearly a dozen attorneys. Most of the firms failed to respond, one of them didn't show up for our scheduled meeting, the other promised to send a follow up correspondence and failed to do so. To be honest, many of them made me feel as if my brother's case was not a focus, priority, or a pressing matter. As a little sister, it was heartbreaking to see my brother just sitting in jail all over a traffic offense that in my personal opinion was extremely minor. I greatly appreciated Barton's team's responsiveness. His assistant, Ryan, was extremely accessible and very professional from beginning to end. I am truly grateful to have them not only take the time, but make me feel informed, understood, and valued.

Basically paid him to lose my job and go to jail mr Barton never strayed away from the state recommended sentence but urged me to take a plea without negotiating for something on my behalf which is what you pay for the with a attorney I could’ve got the same outcome without his services. Considering I don’t have any prior convictions and never served time before I thought he’d have more leverage. He allowed the state to use a dismissed case from another state as a prior.
