It is my strongest recommendation that Brian and his team seek to restructure their organizational approach. This is the most unorganized legal team I have ever worked with and observed. There is no reasonable excuse that this legal team has failed, on two occasions, to ensure documentation was properly in place. This team has no sense of time management and accountability. If you can avoid working with this legal team, it is my strongest advice that you choose another group to handle your legal matters. This legal team greatly lacks the essential skill of preparedness and efficiency when handling client cases.

Closed with this firm on THREE different occasions & unorganized is an understatement! They lost my commission check, & had no idea where it was at as if they didn’t print it. They claimed it was put in a file, NEVER! AGAIN! Avoid them at all cost if possible!

I rate Tom Barton a 5 star. He was GREAT! Very stern & professional but he hears you. He got my DUI reduced to Reckless Driving & helped me be 10 steps ahead for court by suggesting a DUI class & evaluation. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional & worthy lawyer.
