I'm so glad I was referred to Shonterria Martin!!! She fought for me during a time when I had few people in my corner! My case was one that would have been easy to walk away from! The staff are very friendly. Very easy to do business with. All of the documentation was handled quickly with only minimal input from me. There were no surprises and the home closed on schedule.

I did a refi a week ago with Michelle Smith, very dry sarcastic professionalism. Her rude remarks when signing certain documents still erk me. Michelle acted more like a state prosecutor than a mortgage attorney. Very uncomfortable signing.

The closing process went smoothly from A-Z. Once the contract was received, our pre-closer, Marlene communicated quickly and efficiently. Our closer, Irene was thorough and on top of all the details to make the signing process at the table smooth, organized and stress-free. Our attorney, John answered questions, explained things well and the entire process was laid back, pleasant and fun. We loved how the photo of the house my client purchased and our names were on the large TV screen when we arrived. That was a welcoming touch and a great spot for photos after the closing.
