Love this office and staff

Facing multiple charges including DUI like those of you reading this review I turned the reviews in an attempt to locate the best attorney to handle my situation. After careful review of the 5 star ratings, I selected Mr. Barton. This is one decision Ia m thankful for everyday. Moments after the first e mail correspondence, Mr. Barton replied to outreach while he was on a plane giving me that first sense of urgency on his behalf. He instructed me to contact his office and set an appointment. That is when I met Stacie his paralegal. I cant thank her enough for her diligence in regards to my case as she was always available and responded to every question and concern with the urgency I initially seen from Mr. Barton. Upon our first meeting, Mr. Barton exhibited great knowledge in regards to the specifics of all my charges and advised me of the course and actions that I needed to take prior to court. This advice played a major role in the outcome of my charges so when you chose him as your council, listen to the man. I walked into his office with my head hung low feeling already defeated. After our conversation, prior to my departure, he spoke hope into that defeat when he simply told me “Take a Deep Breath, We Got This” I could not be more pleased with the outcome of charges and the position I was in after following Mr. Baton’s advice. After court he advised me that there could still be some hiccups with my licenses and everything, but to give him a call if it occurred. Of course, it was and even after the case had been completed, Stacie and Tom worked with me until the entire situation reached a resolution that we were all happy with. Tom, Stacie, I thank you but most of all my family thanks you!!!!!!!

Mr. Barton was very effective in assisting my daughter with a super speeder ticket that she was given. He was able to negotiate it to a lower speed so that we had a much better outcome than we anticipated. He and his paralegal Stacie were extremely helpful every time we called. We cannot thank him enough and highly recommend his services!

Very professional, and helped me get out of trouble. My fines were lowered a lot and my charge was changed. Definitely recommend.

It has been great having Mr. Barton, and paralegal Stacie as my legal team. I was fighting a DUI case in Dekalb county where on the video the police actually said that I passed the roadside test and he didn't have any reason to hold me but of course I was charged anyway. Needless to say that the dui charge was dropped thanks to my legal team and their due dilegence. I would definantely recommend Mr. Barton to anyone that has legal issues. He is top notch!!!!

I could not find my son after he had received a DUI. I called Mr. Barton and his promptness and kindness help me find my son. He was so kind and answers every phone call and email. This is a plus for an attorney because most don't . I would recommend him for any case!!

I have used Tom on two occasions in the past. My daughter and son both had traffic offenses. Tom first represented my daughter and then my son. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the law applicable to my children's cases. Tom is an absolute professional with a passion for helping his clients! I have since recommended Tom to a personal friend whos occupation requires a lot of driving.
