Very friendly and attentive

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They took care of everything and helped me more than I could’ve asked for. Stacey was in constant communication with me and I felt at ease knowing they were doing everything they could to help me. 10 stars

They both worked my case through the COVID shutdown, and kept me informed. The entire firm was professional, effective but caring at the same time. I really love the people at Smith Welch. We have worked with the people from the Griffin, McDonough and the Stockbridge office and every single person we talked to during the whole process from my car accident has been amazing and kind. From the very first day we met with Andrew he showed us compassion as did the whole staff. He and the staff always called me back and always felt like they had my best interest at heart. Even after my case was finished, my family and I still continue to need and use many the services that they provide. They are always available and willing to help in anyway!!
