As a former Court Director, I have seen good, bad and ugly lawyers. Although I’m not an expert, I do know character, integrity and advanced intelligence when I see it. I hired Mr. Webb to handle getting a credit card off my credit report that should not have been on it. It was dramatically hurting my credit score. I tried myself, and the credit card company claimed it was accurately reporting it. Mr. Webb sent the credit card company a letter and within 30 days, the credit card came off my reports. I was very pleased with Mr. Webb. He is extremely knowledgeable about comsumer protection laws.

After a collection agency filed a complaint in court, I considered fighting it on my own but eventually found Orion through a consumer rights organization. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was about consumer law. I felt comfortable having represent me. He confidently negotiated with the collection agency to have the case mutually dismissed, which is an outcome I was very happy with. He was very thorough in preparing for court and communicating with me, and ultimately I feel I fared much better having his representation, than appearing on my own.

My dealings with Smith, Welch, Webb & White have been nothing but professional and pleasant. I am an attorney in Athens, GA and I know how important it is to have these reviews conducted in a fair and honest manner.
