Suzanne is an excellent attorney who worked tirelessly and helped me tremendously. She was always knowledgable and returned my calls and emails promptly. I would highly recommend her.

In a brief consulation (which was not a free consult as listed on the website), Ms. Presley seemed knowledgeable, but impatient, had a bit of an attitude, and some arrogance. I did not feel that she treated me, the customer, with respect and compassion for the most difficult situation I was dealing with. I found another attorney that better suited my style and needs. Admittedly, knowledge is the most important skill, but a person's demeanor and attitude are most important in a successful client/attorney relationship. She could benefit from recognizing WHO is the customer and have a bit of humility in serving the needs of the customer.

After rejecting her fee to accomplish a minor change to our Estate Plan, we had another attorney handle the matter at 1/10 the fee demanded by Presley. When we submitted the revision for inclusion in our Plan, she had a snit and demanded we retrieve our Estate Plan which her firm had drafted 9 years ago at considerable expense to us. The irony is that the firm stands to lose a great deal of money when I pass and they are called on to administer the plan for my wife.

I worked with Suzanne Presley several years ago on estate planning for my elderly parents. She professionally and efficiently handled all details required, from wills, power of attorney, to helping complete Medicaid applications. It was a comfort to me and my family knowing that we had the legal knowledge behind us with Suzanne's assistance.
