My retainer was exhausted twice without prior notice or the ability to review a statement, which added to the stress and uncertainty of the process. Advice and Strategy: Elena advised against making necessary financial changes during the divorce, even when my ex-partner's spending was creating significant debt. I found this advice counterproductive, as it hindered my ability to maintain a stable financial situation. Professional Competence: The initial divorce settlement draft I received was disappointing. It was delivered with minimal prior communication, contained numerous spelling errors, and seemed unrelated to the specifics of my case. This raised concerns about the level of attention and customization being applied to my situation. Approach to Conflict Resolution: Elena frequently suggested that I discuss and resolve complex issues directly with my ex-partner. Given the high-conflict nature of our relationship, I expressed that this was unfeasible and potentially harmful, especially in the presence of our children. However, this perspective was not acknowledged or incorporated into the strategy. Client-Attorney Relationship: Ultimately, my relationship with Elena Quinde ended abruptly when I questioned the approach being taken. This termination, while sudden, led to a more favorable turn of events in my case. Outcome: After parting ways with Elena, I was able to enter mediation, a step I had initially requested but was not pursued. The mediation process was more aligned with my goals and led to a satisfactory resolution. Conclusion: Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Elena Quinde’s services. The approach taken did not align with my needs or the specifics of my case, and the lack of effective communication and strategic alignment was a major concern. It is essential for an attorney to tailor their approach to the unique dynamics of each case and client, which I felt was lacking in this instance.

I can 100% say, without a doubt, Mrs. Quinde not only met my expectations, but blew past them in her representation. Handled my case with first class professionalism, intelligence, care and passion that blew me away. Not only did we get the desired outcome, we actually got a better resolution than we hoped for. Cannot stress enough how much I recommend her to anyone needing legal representation..
