"2 years in prison, 13 years probation" That is what the judge said to me when I stood there in the courtroom, in front of my family, friends, and colleagues. I have never felt so helpless in my life. Here I am a 32 year old guy with a great job and a bright future now headed to prison. And along came Christa! I hired Christa after sentencing and she jumped in with both feet. She was understanding of my situation and worked harder than I ever imagined an attorney would. Because of her I served less than 30 days and had only 11 months probation! Quite the turnaround!!! I was released from jail because of her ongoing efforts and diligent work ethic. It felt as if one of my own family members was fighting for me and she is the only reason I am able to write this review today. Without her my life would have been quite different. I first came across Christa Kirk a yr and a half ago. I was arrested with a mountain of charges that included aggravated assault and 3+ felonies. I was facing 5 to 10 yrs prison time. Upon research i found she was one of the 3 highest rated for all of Gwinnett county, so i contacted them to see if they would take my case. From day 1 they put me at ease. She has a way of being a positive, but still a 100% honest. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop through every stage. When it was time to show up, she was extremely prepared. Facing what arguably may have been the most difficult time in my life, I met with Christa Kirk, after I had terminated an attorney that I had hired previously from a very large law firm. Ms. Christa was a breath of fresh air when I found her through recommendation. She not only took the time to work diligently on my case but she also took the time to hear my needs and concerns. Want to tell you a little about this woman - my first meeting with her was very positive for me, because the first minute I felt something in her professional work, she instilled confidence in me. She's not 100% guaranteed, but she said that would make every effort to help me in this situation. My story happened in the summer of 2014, we are a young family, we love each other. We arrived at the USA couple of years ago .Our laws in our country are very different than here. In general we had a conflict on nervous breakdown due to lack of money, a new location, moving, another language, etc. My wife called the police and they took me to jail. Bail they let me go. My wife did not expect this turn of events, she just wanted to scare me. That's why I hurt her. But she did not want it so happened. A few months later the courts, I had to put in jails again, I really did not want to make my background was spoiled by some stupid mistake of youth and my future was horrible rest of your life !!! And the state has given us a free lawyer. Which is no good for me did not. When the remaining two weeks before the final decision that will be with me, I was on pins and needles. My wife and I discussed it and decided to borrow money in the long to solve our problem. Once on site, we were looking for a good lawyer. And we will see on the site Christa Lea Kirk, we were interested in it because-that she had reasonable price and the first 60 minutes free consultation. What we have seen enough to explain. The next day my wife and I went to her office, and have explained our situation. Christa always kept me up to date on the status of my case and what was going on. She was always at court on time and usually before I even got there. I got a ticket for hitting someone even though it was not my fault and Christa came with me to court and made sure the judge heard my side of the story unlike the police officer. My ticket ended up being voided and all I had to do was take a defensive driving course. She helped me so much throughout my process.

I didn't have a good lawyer back than and young and scared that I was I pleaded guilty to a charge just to get out of jail quicker, not knowing that it would affect my immigration status in the United States.
