I had called a few attorneys in my area and went on a couple of consultations and Jim stood out to me because the day I went to talk with him, he was already calling people before I had even gave him any money. Most attorneys care about money and not about your situation but Jim was different. When we went to court Jim did his thing and I couldn’t have pictured anyone doing any better than he did. He has knowledge and his expertise is endless. Ubove all, he is a man of ethics and has a wonderful heart. I will always use Jim as my attorney and I recommend him any day !

I've been in and out of trouble my whole life do to addiction problems. Which in turn means that I have been represented by an attorney in some way, shape, form or fashion since I was 17 yrs old. Jim handled multiple misdemeanor charges as well as 4 felony charges for me throught two counties. Altgough I left absolutely no defense for jim to use for me since I was dead guilty. Jim was some how able to keep me out of prison when the prosecutors were trying to put me in. However that just says jims a great lawyer, but what shined through most about jim is not only the fact that I believe him to be a great attorney he actually cares about the out come of your case. He cares about are you going to be ok in life not just in the process of getting through your trouble. Jim also handled a legitimation case for me and his goal the entire time was always whats best for you and your child.
