Jay was very effective and efficient at explaining each step in the process of updating our wills. He worked us through the reasons we had procrastinated in the past and explained the legal reasons why it was better to do things one way over another. He also did not charge a fee for a Power of Attorney or Advance Directive for Health Care. We are very happy to have all these legal documents in place thanks to Jay!
