In my case, I realized that Joon is one of the most reliable person. During one year, I never took care of my case because he took all of my concerns on behalf of myself. During the entire length of my claim, amazingly, I have only met him twice, the consultation and closing date. Of course, he notified me of all updated information by call in a timely manner and it made me much more comfortable. I’d never got involved in a car accident before the day Dec 8 in 2017, when Georgia was covered with snow.
