I had an accident in Atlanta, in which I rear ended another vehicle. I was automatically cited as following too closely. I searched the net for an attorney and selected Sean Goldstein. It was the best decision I ever made. Mr. Goldstein is more than excellent. He resolved the case for me without my ever having to return to Atlanta. His fees and representation are excellent. This attorney will go the extra mile for you!! My case is closed and I'm a very happy camper.

I made a cold call to Mr. Goldstein on 7/5/19 about a traffic ticket and he quickly surmised the important issues and gave me advice on how to proceed. He advised me not to hire a lawyer for the main reason I thought I needed one. I've bookmarked his office for when I will really need a lawyer. Clients want someone who will pick up the phone even when it might be a holiday.

Called Mr. Goldstein last week regarding a speeding ticket I thought needed to be reduced further to not end up on my record. He was happy to let me know that, given the reduction in speed the officer had already made, I did not actually need his services and I could just pay the ticket and be done with it. All additional questions were answered, he said no compensation for his time was needed, and I left the conversation feeling like I got all the information to take care of it. Would absolutely contact him in the future if I need his services again.

The lawyer, Sean Goldstein, very ignorant. Doesn’t take the effort to help you. For him, it’s about money instead of clients. Before finishing the case if something comes up he won’t do nothing and will say “my obligations are done." In response to the comment he posted- I believe its any traffic lawyer job to get good results or therefore there would be no point of having a lawyers service. In regards to payment i asked multiple time where to send the address and received no answer till the very end. You did not work OVERTIME So there is no need to over EXAGGERATE IT. A case is over when there is no judge involved anymore. I dont think that this firm understand that properly. As reaching out and helping , the case is over and the damage is done I dont know how you can fix that. I know you were begging in the voicemail to remove the review as well. Also for the lies in the review. I would happily upload the ignorant comment made to me. Thanks Get another lawyer- They will treat you with the respect you deserve and with a better outcome.

Mr. Goldstein represented me in court in regards to an accident/traffic violation I received in December. Not only was he able to get my citation fee reduced, but the fee he charged to represent me was very affordable. His team of assistants, Joy and Emy, were very helpful in explaining what the neccessary documents entailed, and what I needed to turn in (on time).
