How is it a rich man gets to go home for the same thing of poor man goes to prison for? For the public defender they should be able to deliver the same defenses as the hawk law firm. The public needs to know that if the hawk law firm can get you a defense that will let you go home, for the same thing a public defender will make a poor man go to prison for is not Justice in my opinion that just shows us how equal opportunity is in America , there's no justice in a system that can change your odds for a dollar and torture the people that can't pay . the only thing in America that gives you opportunity is money and the poor man will never achieve anyting if we are told to plead guilty for something that really holds no value as a criminal action, a crime has to have three elements a person that has a willful mind-link to do a deed ,your culpability is to be considered, what was they thinking , if you was not thinking about doing anything directly it can hold no criminal value . Public defender's need to start defending their clients cause we damn well deserve it

Seems to be lack of interest in defending their clients they don't collect evedence to help clients. Need people in that office that have a genuine concern for their clients rather than those only there to get a pay check
