The law office was extremely friendly and understanding of my situation. I live out of state and received a ticket while passing through Georgia. Patrick and his team were very attentive and knowledgeable on how to proceed. They contacted me when new information was available. Patrick Kunes eventually got my charge dismissed! I was so thankful and would recommend them to anyone in need of legal help. Hopefully I don’t need their assistance in the future, but I know who to call if I do. Mr. Kunes did an outstanding job getting deferred adjudication with the fine reduced to $400 and twelve month probation lowered from 12 to 6 months.

He was amazing. He was able to get by dui completely dropped and got an intent to sell marijuana charge differed. I was very pleased with the ok outcome of my case. The only thing I believe the firm need to work on is staying in closer contact with your customers. This case took 2 years in which I had little to no contact with them until a couple weeks before my court date.

I received my first speeding ticket in December, and hired Patrick to help negotiate it down, to avoid having it on my driving record. Dealing with his law firm was an absolute pleasure - after speaking to Patrick about the details, I had one point of contact who was receptive, patient, kind, and very helpful (Kathy). Everything was explained clearly, and they were very responsive to emails (which I find more convenient than having to call). Patrick negotiated my ticket down so that it wouldn't be reported on my driving record, and helped me navigate what happens after. As a "worrier", I especially liked that they had me send my court fines to them, they kept a copy (and faxed notification to the court before sending), and sent them on my behalf... which meant that there was a record, and less chance of something going wrong or getting lost. I'm happy to recommend Patrick, and would call him again if I needed help. Thanks Patrick (and Kathy)!

Mr. Kunes was the attorney for my husband. My husband and I were very satisfied with his services. Mr Kunes is very knowledgeable about the law, and worked diligently on my husband's case. Mr. Kunes made us feel like we did not have to worry, and that we could leave everything up to him. He made himself available, even on nights and weekends, in case we had any questions or concerns about the case. Although some lawyers can make you feel like you are just a number to them, Mr. Kunes made us feel like he was personally invested in our case. I fully recommend Mr. Kunes if you ever need a criminal attorney, and I'm certainly glad we had him for my husband's case.

Patrick Kunes is a masterful attorney with a vast knowledge of the law and court system. He represented our son during a stressful case and was able to achieve a satisfying resolution. He was always accessible for questions and we especially appreciated the support he provided to our son throughout the process.

I spoke to several attorneys before making my decision. Mr. Kunes was the only one that did some research and then got back to me, explaining me my options and what he could do. All this before I gave him a dime. Some of the other lawyers I spoke to were using scare tactics and trying to charge me up to double what Mr. Kunes charged! This man is a real counsel for the people! Once we got to court, things got a little hairy but he did not let up. The prosecutor and police put up a fight but in the end he won! I recommend Patrick Kunes very highly!

If I could give Patrick 6 Stars I would. He is very knowledgeable! he knows the law and laid the law down to the DA. My charges were all settled on 1 visit and I am pleased with the outcome. I'd highly recommend using Patrick A. Kunes law firm.
