Retained this firm in 2015 to vacate a plea bargin. Before retaining lot of fake promises were made by Attorney Abbi Taylor. Had horrible experience, contacting them every week for an update and for around 2 years I used to hear same thing that we were not able to get hold off the District Attorney. After 2 years one day I got a call from this law firm stating they district attorney is not able to vacate my case. They never even tried to contact the DA and I ended up losing $10k. I want my money back before I take legal action against this firm.
Humble request to who ever is reading my comments please DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM.

Abbi is an outstanding attorney especially in the areas of criminal and parole law. Although I have not been the beneficiary of her services directly, I highly recommend her just like I did for a close friend. He thanks me frequently for putting him in touch with her. She was thorough, diligent, creative and passionate about my friend's case. I witnessed Abbi Taylor's great work first hand after attending a hearing to show support for my friend. If you find yourself in need of Abbi's services, you won't go wrong and she's worth every penny!

I was incarcerated in 2009 for 20 years. In 2012 I was given a Tentative Parole Month. It was set aside by the Georgia Parole Board. In 2015 I was given a Tentative Parole Month by The Georgia Parole Board. Again, it was set aside. Then in 2017 I was given a Tentative Parole Month for August 2018. I did not want to take any chances. I remind anyone that the Tentative Parole Month is set aside more often than not The Parole Board Members actually spend approximately 5 minutes each reviewing a case. They then vote independently, A friend recommended The Law Firm of Abbi S. Taylor. My family retained Abbi to represent me. She worked closely with my son. Abbi and her staff prepared a fabulous presentation booklet to present to The Georgia Parole Board. I do not understand the process, however she has it down exactly. I was granted parole in October 2018. I do not feel it would have happen without Abbi. Her fees are reasonable. I ask anyone what price does one put on freedom? Abbi really cares about her clients and their families. She is intelligent, hardworking, compassionate, and a great negotiator. The fact she is a part time judge is an asset. She understands both sides. Abbi is a great defense and parole attorney. The only regret I have is not hiring her for my defense in 2008.

I highly recommend Abbi to anyone who is facing a prison term and needs help in understanding the way the process work and wants someone to fight for their rights.
Our 22 year old son was sentenced to 2 years in prison for selling drugs. We hired Abbi to help us navigate the process of serving this sentence. Upon our first meeting she put us at ease with her connections and experience with the Georgia Parole Board. Within 2 days she had our son's case in front of them asking that he serve his time in a drug rehab prison and not be sent to the Ga. Diagnostic and Classification Prison. Which I understand is a very tough place to be. Because of Abbi he was sent to a safer prison. I can not tell you how much this meant to me! When he had completed the program she had his case in front of the Parole Board again immediately and he only had to serve the minimum time required for his sentence.
Abbi was always quick to reply to our questions and concerns. I felt like she was a family friend as we went through the 9 month ordeal. I would also like to point out that her assistant, Linda was always helpful, compassionate and professional as well. They make a great team.

Abbi Taylor is an excellent attorney, very professional and always ready to do her best. She really helped us in a very complicated and difficult situation. We consulted with three attorneys, all of them refused to take the case. She was the only one who since the first moment we explained our case, said “Yes, I can help you.” And she did, very well. We absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for a good attorney that will fight for you. I would also like to think Linda, Abbies assistant. She was great, very sweet, compassionate, and great at keeping us up-to-date on what is going on in our case.

Abbi Taylor is one of the most compassionate, zealous, caring and knowledgeable attorneys I know. We met over 30 years ago and in those 30 years I have had the distinct honor of being Abbi's friend and colleague. She has walked me through countless issues dealing with parole so that I could better serve my clients. In regard to the very complicated parole process, Abbi is dedicated, educated and motivated. If you need an attorney to guide you through the maze that is the parole process, you need Abbi. On both a professional and personal level, I am forever grateful to have Abbi in my life.

My son is home today because of Abbi Taylor. He had a 10 year sentence, and was facing a minimum of 78 months. Thanks to her strategy and execution, he was home in 16 months. I am glad to talk to anyone about the details.
