If I could give a negative star, I would. My experience was one my worst. I can’t believe the waste of time.

I was glad that I met Denorris Heard as a lawyer. He's a good one. He worked a case for my husband. He was very thorough with accuracy and detailed. I saw him at work. Dotted every eye and T's. By him doing that he won the case for him. I recommend Mr. Denorris Heard for your lawyer. Cause he's the Best in the West, East, North and South. And that's the truth and nothing But the truth. Hire him and find out for yourself.

I was facing a DUI and after consulting with Mr. Heard, he was able to get my charges reduced. In addition to this, he managed to arrange it so that I didn't have to report in person to my probation officer as the offense occurred in another county. Job well done.

Mr. Heard was referred to me after several of attorneys turned my case down. This was my first time undergoing a process such as this one from an automobile accident and Mr. Heard and his assistant, Alicia made me feel comfortable and confident in knowing that they were looking out for my best interest and made sure that I would be compensated for my injuries and damage to my automobile. I will definitely refer him to anyone that will need his services.

Many have mixed opinions about the APD (Atlanta Police Department); they are crooked, out to get you, good cops, helpful, or trying to meet quota, but no matter what you may believe there are still great attorney's that know the law and will ultimately have your best interest at heart. After personally dealing with the APD for the first time in February 2018 over a misunderstanding that ended up escalating, I felt personally attacked. Young, middle-aged, and old black men of all social status' have significant reasons to be weary of police, especially in the south. It has become very evident that the state of Georgia doesn't take "outsiders" or "visitors" kindly if they come across the judicial system. Being from the north and originally a resident from another state, I quickly was given a wakeup call after my run in with the police back in February 2018. When I was trying to meet up with some friends visiting Atlanta from out of town, I was still unfamiliar with the roads, directions, and traffic laws of the city; just recently moving to Atlanta weeks before this encounter. Instinctively I used GPS to get around, but it was very dark and I accidentally ended up turning down a one way. But when I finally realized my mistake and tried to turn around, an APD cop was already behind me. He ran my license and asked if I was drinking, and it turned out my license was expired so I had to call someone to pick me up. He never gave me the chance to contact someone on the phone from the safety of my car before spraying the car with mace and forcefully dragging me out and arresting me for "drunk driving" even though he never administered a sobriety test. I spent the weekend in jail and got the book thrown at me because I originally was from out of state. But, thanks to my father, I was able to get Mr. Heard on my case. Mr. Heard had a lot of the charges dropped and even the DUI charge reduced to wreckless driving. Other than a weekend in jail and a bunch of fines, I am blessed to have relatively gotten off the way I did. This was my first ever offense, being from a Christian home with both parents and a college graduate, I never had any issues with the law except speeding tickets and traffic violations. But through this encounter I wouldn't have asked for anyone other than Denorris Heard. He's an amazing attorney and I'd recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Heard worked diligently to get my case investigated; presented the evidence to the assistant DA and got the arrest DISMISSED before any indictment! I highly recommend DeNorris Heard.

If you're looking for an honest, hard working, attentive attorney then look no more. I hired two attorneys in Gwinnett Co. before finding Attorney Denorris Heard. I was charged with Aggravated Assault (which was BS) and was facing prison time. I needed an attorney to quickly jump-in and handle the small details in my case. The other two Attorneys couldn't find the time nor did they have the patience that was needed to quickly resolve this matter. Attorney Heard quickly researched the truth, applied the law and contacted the DA to negotiated a plea down to a misdemeanor. I'm grateful for his assertiveness and attention to the details in my case. I highly recommend this gentleman to all in need of an outstanding defense attorney!

This guy is too honest to be an attorney. Denorris is more than a lawyer, he's a statesman and role model for any male (especially black). I had a criminal situation that went to trial in Gwinnett County (the racists county in the USA). We had a trial that resulted in an acquittal. I recommend him to anyone with a criminal issue... who's been falsely accused.
