Doc is the most professional and personal lawyer you'll ever have. He goes above and beyond every standard there is by miles. From offering rides on lunch breaks at court, to checking in on you after and fighting tooth and nail for you the entire time. Absolutely worth every single penny, he's was much more than just representation during the whole process, he was a friend. 5 stars is not enough.

One thing I can say is a first impression is a lasting impression; Doc was very thorough with me letting me know everything that I needed to know. He also made me feel comfortable. One thing I really can say is that he’s a man of his word and stands on it which made me comfortable with him. I’d recommend this lawyer to anyone in need .

Christopher "Doc" Upshaw did a great job of handling my criminal case. I was able to retain Doc at very short notice and he was able to work with me to get my issue resolved. I researched and spoke to several different attorney’s in my area for some pretty serious traffic citations my daughter received after 3 months of having her license. Doc was the only attorney who insisted on speaking with her in person. After meeting with him, my husband and I quickly decided we would put our faith in him to aid my daughter through this life lesson. He was very sympathetic but clear, that this was serious and she could lose her license for the next year of her life. After just graduating HS and college on the horizon she was devastated. After months of hard work, she was able to keep her license and pay her debt to society in fines and community service. He did an amazing job. He was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. Thankful we found him.

My lawyer (s) did a way better job than I expected I was very pleased with ending and all thanks to them. I couldn't of gotten out of my mess without their help and I can't thank them enough for everything. They made a promise to me and my family and they kept it through out the process. We contacted Sanchez Hayes & Associates in November 2017 to help with a VOP case regarding our son. Christopher Upshaw was the lawyer assigned to our case. From the start to finish he was informative and honest. Our son was stopped for texting and driving. He was arrested for a violation of probation on a domestic violence charge. We were told there were no guarantees but he would do his best to get our son released. Mr. Upshaw, in my opinion, went above and beyond for us. He was able to find a discrepancy in the tolling order and our son was released after 6 months. If we had not gone to SH&A, our son would have been in jail for 20 months. I hope we never need a lawyer again but if we do we will definitely call Christopher Upshaw.

Attorney Upshaw “Doc” is an amazing attorney who truly goes beyond the call of duty. He did all he said he would and then some. He knows the law and did an awesome job representing my fiancé. When I came to Doc it was looking really grim and I was feeling hopeless and Doc gave me back hope. He fought for my fiancé and deleivered. My fiancé is now home with me where he belongs and I give all credit to Doc for the amazing fight he gave. He did not back down and he made sure justice was served.
