I tell ya for someone that was more than happy to take our 2000 dollars sure hasn’t worked for any of it at all I wouldn’t recommend this clown to get a traffic ticket thrown out took 3 months to write up papers to get me daughter legitimized and anoth few more to get a court date set!!!!! Then to top it off the mother went to jail for multiple felonies and didn’t wanna do his job and allowed the grandmother to receive guardianship over my daughter need also to know this grandmother jUs went to jail along with the mother for family violence when they beat up each other with the child present but he just let that slide then we finally get a court date and everything is ok with the set up visitation arranged signed by the judge and the mother goes back to jail for violations for drug use on top of all her robbery felonies and this clown couldn’t do anything to even get me temp guardianship over the jail bird grandmother. After the mother got out of jail few months later she didn’t wanna go by the court ordered papers one bit so I reached out to him and Amanda the ppl we paid for and emailed all the txt and proof to have her for contempt of court and now we’re going on 5 months ago thos all happened and nothing from these jackasses!!!!!!! I was told by a assistant my new court date was feb 23 and that Amanda was gonna be calling me about the court date that was over 3 weeks ago and not one phone call from her at all but wanted us to send her the txt about contempt of court even tho it was emailed to her and John 3 times a peice with no response I have all the emails still in my phone to prove this so I highly say stay away from thos place they are money stealing fake wanna be lawyers that don’t care about nobody but them self and their own family and kids like John holts son but it’s going on a year now and after all the mother has done with nothing at all on me not even a traffic ticket I’ve been able see my daughter 3 times I’m almost a year that’s what my 2000 dollars gave me!!!!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE FAKE ASS CLOWNS U WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME LIKE I DO #newlawyertimetosuebuckleup

I do not recommend him for a custody case, he gave up way to soon during my case and the last time we were in court he was on his phone texting more than he was representing me. Very very rude also! (John Holt)

I do not recommend John holt law firm he did not work in the best interests of my wife. Who is still in jail because of him. She wanted to take the deal from her probation officer but he told her to calm down and he would fight it. She also gave a letter to him to give to the judge which he did not do because he did not think it would help. He had me schedule an appointment but was not there at the scheduled time I recommend you do not waste your money on this law firm

Unethical! Will make a single struggling mom look unfit, even if she's not. He will rapid fire you on the stand in court, and not allow you to answer.

Mr. Holt is a very good attorney, my parents used him in the past on different things and it was all handled in a professional and prompt manner. And now, I am going to Mr. Holt, so we shall see.

I hired John Holt as my lawyer in 2015. John stayed on top of everything, as well as his legal assistant(s). When it came time for my court hearing we won my case. I would use John Holt again and I recommend John Holt to your legal needs. A+

I hired John Holt before researching his practice. He seemed gun-ho like others said in the beginning. He does not return calls in a timely manner. I had to call him numerous times to get a status on my case. He seemed clue-less because his workload is too much. He will take on your case and your money to have you believing your case is an easy case that he can resolve in your favor. Which in my case never happened, his customer service is horrible. I would not recommend him even if he was for free. My only mistake was hiring him, all of the reviews you've read are similar to me there has to be some validity to these reviews. He is not personal with his clients and he makes you feel like he's rushes you off the telephone as if you are bothering him. He should NEVER practice law, he is an embarrassment to all lawyers! I'm not giving him one star, he does not deserve it nor did he earn it. I will most likely be firing him and hiring a new lawyer.

We paid this attorney up front after the consultation for what was supposed to be a cut and dry case. This has been going on for close to a year now. There is no communication about the case. We will receive an email that a date has been set with zero communication or consultation. When we finally are able to see or speak with him the case is nowhere near ready to go to trial and is half prepared. Emails and calls go unanswered for months and when they are answered it is nothing but excuses. This is the type of service that makes you lose faith in the profession. I only rate 1 star because there are no other options.

I thank God for this man and his staff. He got custody of my child for me. He was very professional and knowledgable. He and the staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend them. He is a very busy attorney but it's because he is so good. awesome experience with this office.
