Rizza and the team at Bryant and O’connor are a delight — which is admittedly not a typical way to describe a law firm. They were genuinely excited to help us establish our new business LLC and advised us thoroughly and made the process easy. I always felt like they had our best interest at heart and felt well advised of from initial conversation to delivery of final executed documents. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them for any of your legal needs.

Not only did they prepare the right documents for us, but the firm has followed up to make sure we understood our plan and advised us on how to make sure our assets are titled the right way.
