I would never recommend this attorney to anyone!!! Everything sounded great before I went to court. In the court room he looked like a lost puppy and did not fight for me at all. (I think he was afraid of the other attorney.) In fact he stated in court the opposite of what I wanted and the reason why I were there! I have never come across an attorney who was this weak in the court room and appeared afraid to speak. After court he refused to return any of my phone calls. How unprofessional! Be careful-he talks a good talk in his office-but in court it's a whole different thing.

I made a terrible mistake, and was arrested at my home for three counts of shoplifting. There is no good excuse for what I did; at the time, I was nearly full-term with a pregnancy, needed a c-section, and the father--angry that I broke off our engagement for infidelity--refused to help prepare for the baby before birth or provide any financial support or formula, food, clothing, etc. I became desperate and certainly made a poor choice. I wasn't only facing shoplifting charges, but also being sued by my ex (after over 3 years) for custody of our daughter and new son. I called Mr. Wilkerson for a consultation after asking friends and hearing nothing but wonderful things about Mr. Wilkerson. He was able to see me soon afterwards (if not the first day), allayed many of my fears by offering his opinions about possible outcomes. Concerning the retainer fee, he only asked half of what other attorneys quoted me! I was terrified and bugged him quite frequently with a lot of email messages and phone calls, but he never failed to respond with anything but kindness and professionalism. While waiting for my "day in court," Rabb was appointed DA and had to suspend his private practice. Though he was under no obligation to do so, he didn't "leave me hanging" by simply refunding what was left of my retainer. Instead, he introduced me to another, very skilled lawyer (Greg Howard Bell), and brought Mr. Bell "up to speed" on the details of my case. Mr. Bell was able to procure an exceptionally favorable plea deal for me in no time at all... a fine/restitution, and 12 months probation with the stipulation that probation would end upon full payment of my fees (which I did 20 minutes after the ruling). Both Rabb Wilkerson and Greg H. Bell went above and beyond their obligations to make sure my case was presented as favorably as possible. I would, without hesitation, recommend Mr. Wilkerson to any of my dearest friends, and will never be able to thank him enough for the hard work he employed, not only on this case, but a custody case as well (in which we also prevailed)! Thank you, Rabb, from the bottom of my heart!
