Kelly Holloway is the best estate planning attorney in the area. I have used her and her firms services for many years. Kelly and team are available when I need to meet and very helpful when I need to adjust my estate plans every couple years since life undoubtedly always changes. I hear her name often from other professionals in the area which means my positive experiences are not unique. I feel comforted each time after working with Kelly and the EHDH estate planning team. If you have any will or estate planning needs I highly recommend getting on their list. Kelly and the EHDH estate planning team are very good at what they do which results in them remaining busy. That being said, I would never in a million years consider rushing to a different estate planner who could fit me in "tomorrow" just to quickly draft me a poor quality product that would not hold up to challenge. The products and services Kelly and team output are comparable to Stonehenge; they will remain strong forever.

Terrible lawyer and awful person as well to deal with including his half baked communicating secretary who doesn't respond well to contact. He knows his stuff and sounds confident but when I got my first DUI he didn't fight for my rights at all, didn't try to appeal for a work drivers permit which if I had I would have been alright and he totally screwed me over by pushing back my case, making me reschedule after I was at court, and not really helping my sentence at all. He may be a good lawyer for some cases but honestly if you want to let the judge bend you over mo wilshire will be there to take your money in the process. I got screwed over with him in Athens in 2015. ----Sincerely a victim of the system. I recommend Mike Robison from Alpharetta, great lawyer.

Mr. Mo Wiltshire is the epitome of your top 1% of lawyers. When in court his presence can literally be felt. His sense of humor goes a long way in procurement of results. When I say, he will work with you, I mean he will go to work FOR you. He goes above and beyond his call of duty. You can be sure that you will pleasantly be surprised. All of his advice must be taken to heart, because he is on your side representing you in ways you didn’t know existed. I had Kelly Holloway do a will for me. She did an excellent job. Unfortunately when I called her back a couple years later with a question she was not available, she had a unpenetrable secretarial wall in place to limit access to her. Will her product was good it seems like after she gets paid she does hot feel a need to provide any support.
