After I have been dealing with a child custody issue for over 3 years, I sought new representation and found Shannon. I called her office and was able to speak to her directly and had a meeting with her a few days after. Despite her circumstances at that time, she was willing to take my case. While out of the office for a couple of months, I was still able to maintain contact with her and any e-mails or phone calls to her were returned promptly. She is very knowledgeable and very, very sharp. She pays very close attention to detail and she is quick to get the job done. I would say she is a straight shooter, which is a good quality I would like in someone representing me. She genuinely cares for her clients and WILL fight for you. I absolutely highly recommend Shannon for anyone seeking legal counsel.

I contacted Shannon Coffey to see if she was available to handle a case for me and she was more than willing to do so that she even rearanged her schedule that accomadate me . She had not ever talked with me before but was very accomadateing and reasonable . She explained all aspects of my case and what we needed to do to accomplish our golds. She was very professional at all times . She was promp for all mettings we had . She treated everyone invloved in the case with respecte on both sides as well as the Judge. Shannon Coffey has been my attorney since 2009. Shannon was an excellent lawyer for what was a difficult litigation I was involved in with my ex-wife last year. I had never had to work with a lawyer on a long-term basis (and hopefully I never will again), so some of the process was unfamiliar and frustrating. Shannon, of course, had other clients, and it was sometimes off-putting that my concerns didn't always receive immediate attention. But in the end I can't speak highly enough of Shannon Coffey. I was in a somewhat unusual situation in that I live over 600 miles from Shannon's office, and our initial contacts were all through phone and email. But once we actually met for the first time I felt that she was emotionally invested in my case, that she wanted not just to do the right thing for me as a client but also as a parent, and in the process she enabled me to stand up for myself and advocate for my rights.
