Mr. Krasle was knowledgeable and efficient. Turn around time with communications was the best I’ve ever encountered. He saved us a lot of time in filing suit and kept us from mis-steps. Wholeheartedly recommend him.

I had a "tainted foods" personal injury complaint against a local restaurant. The restaurant and their insurer were fighting it, with no apparent rationale defense, so I hired Mr. Krasle. Mr. Krasle brought their adjuster and counsel around to reality and got a reasonable settlement by presenting the facts, the law, proof of damages, and examples of prior jury verdicts. I could have probably continued with the suit and gotten more, but settlement seemed expedient. Thankful for Mr. Krasle's advice, counsel and advocacy through the ordeal. You should at least discuss your case with him.

I was struck from behind while biking in fully compliance with the law at highway speeds by a motorist who fully admitted fault. I was very fortunate that I suffered only "soft tissue damage"....no bones sticking out. I prepared a very thorough initial statement of demand, but sadly there is such a culture of insurance adjusters only bowing to the pressure of lawyers I was compelled to seek the assistance of an attorney. Mr. Krasle secured a settlement for the full amount of the policy as as a reduction of my medical debt by the hospital, but was only able to do so by filing suit. In the end the legal costs were more than all my medical bills combined. From speaking with other injured cyclists and pro-bono lawyers are Bike Law in Atlanta this is a very common and sad state of affairs when it comes to cyclists being hit by people driving cars. However I am thankful to be alive, and thankful that I am able to get back out on my bike and ride. The fact of the matter is that America has been at war for oil for decades, and the hundreds of thousands of lives lost and the sacrifice of our country men and women can not be justified by my self-serving desire to exert zero effort to provide my transportation. Further more, every gallon of gasoline burned dumps another 20 pounds of carbon-dioxide into our atmosphere/oceans. By international calculation, just from C02 emissions alone by next summer the planet will have warmed beyond the 2 degrees C temperature rise beyond which ensuing climate chaos can not only be unpredictable, but also unstoppable. I am a mother. How in good conscious could I NOT throw my leg over a bike frame! There are more important things in life than money.

I had to go to court because of a registration issue that became complicated. First, I messed with the DMV because of a misunderstanding, then I got a ticket, and then my mail was really delayed. Mr. Krasle prepared well with research and documentation on my behalf, and even stayed when I was very late, because I went to the wrong court house. Although I might have made things worse with my blunders, and could have faced serious problems, including jail, he was able to negotiate an excellent deal with only a small fine. This was because he was so prepared and did such excellent work in the courtroom articulating for me. I am very grateful. I also learned how to avoid such blunders in the future. There's nobody I would rather have on my side.

Eric worked with my fiance and I on a case recently and I was satisfied. He wasn't the easiest to get in touch with, however, his staff always made sure to answer our questions or have him return phone calls. He was able to get the charges reduced which was great. I would definitely recommend his practice to others.
