Levelheaded ,realistic and dealt with everything in timely manner. I had friends go throw 2 Attorney on a Divorce the first one jerking hem around. No bull Oscar is realistic and very hard working .

Oscar is a phenomenal family law attorney. He represented my in a case in which numerous errors by opposing counsel were found to be incorrect or unfounded. Oscar works diligently and most importantly, communicates effectively and in a timely manner. I hired an attorney, but walked away with a friend. His demeanor and presence is calming, but at the same time, he is a true craftsman at his trade. I hope I don’t have to have a family lawyer in the future, but if I do, there is only one name I will go to… Oscar Gertsch.

Noone wants to find themselves in need of a divorce but when this happened to me, my situation was made much easier thanks to the help of Oscar Gertsch. When I found myself in need of legal advice I made one phone call that totally changed my situation. Mr. Gertsch was very professional, helpful and most of all very concerned with my situation and what I was going through. I was actually only 2 weeks out from a major surgery and I was physically and mentally not ready for what I was suddenly faced with in my life. The whole process was fairly straight forward. I was never led in a wrong direction or given false information/hope from Gertsch, which I see as a good thing. I needed a lawyer to help me modify my child custody and child support arrangement. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to afford the services of an attorney, but Oscar's fees were reasonable and affordable and well worth it for the work done.
