Mr. Massey represented me when my tinyshed was wrongfully taken and all my belongings with it. I had literally nothing and he got my check in less than a month from the day it was taken. Dont let these rent to own people push you around...call Von Massey and get your settlement FAST...!! As much as this pains me to write, as I do not like to write negative reviews. I retained this firm years ago for a child visitation issue. First time Kyle walked into the courtroom barely said 3 words and the case was pretty much dismissed. Fast forward to get a simple visitation modification in January of 2019 (mind you Covid happened) which was very much understandable. Come 2021, 2022, AND yes you guessed it 2023 and still nothing. I called several times and sent several emails and kept getting the runaround. On 2 different occasions day of OR day before said court date something came up. The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because of Michelle who kept in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. Needless to say I chose to go with another practice. If you have 3-4 years of time to waste on a simple case then this is the place for you if not save your money and look elsewhere.

I contracted Kyle as my attorney for property damage and was behond satisfied with the whole process. He gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process. Hes is very highly skilled with his work and I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to solve a problem..
