I was referred to Bill Hicks by another law firm in the Barrow County area, he was amazing! Bill was extremely professional and very to the point, he always returned my calls in a timely manner and was always very helpful and informative. I drove all the way from Missouri and couldn't have been happier that he was my attorney representing me in court, he won my case for me and continued to be very helpful with my matter even after my court date was over and I returned home to Missouri. Outstanding experience! We retained Hicks, Massey and Gardner in 2010 to handle a Chapter 7 case for us. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice. They walked us thru the process and made it seamless beginning to end. Since the discharge, we've had to go back several time and request paperwork filed in the Chapter 7. Mr. Gardner and Mr. Hicks are always very accommodating. I appreciate the no-nonsense approach and would definitely retain the firm again should the need arise. First rate experience!!!!

William Hicks came highly recommended to me by two good friends- one of which had worked for his firm, and one who was represented by it. Mr. Hicks gave me my life back. In 2010 I endured what would become 2 years of litigation in a grueling divorce and custody battle. My ex-husband had hired a brutal attorney who may not have ever learned the definition of the word "ethics," and I had hired an attorney who did absolutely nothing except manage to get himself indicted for fraud. I was dealt a very poor hand. My ex-husband won everything, and my children and I have suffered the consequences of that outcome for four years. When I decided to take my ex husband back to court, I consulted with several attorneys. Every single one of them cringed when I spoke the name of the attorney my ex had used. Nobody wanted to deal with her, because she is simply a nightmare of an individual. Every one of them, that is, except Bill Hicks. Mr. Hicks did exactly what needed to be done for my family. The best attorneys you could ever hope to find locally for criminal law. They are the rock stars of the attorney world. My girlfriend had some of the most ludicrous charges you have ever heard of in your life. The investigator in the case, in my opinion, is truly unintelligent. I have never heard anything good from her peers about her. Very long story, made short- The attorneys at Hicks, Massey & Gardner made the problem vanish like a Vegas magician. There is no one else I would recommend hiring besides this law firm. They made a difficult situation easy to handle as they walked us through explaining how the processes work. They were great about staying in contact with us. We are extremely appreciative and thank you from the bottom of our heart.
