Mr. Hicks is an awesome person first and a better lawyer second. I went to his office cause I was getting divorced. He had me sign some papers one of which stated a minimum fee of 500 dollars that would be kept from my retainer ,if I changed my mind, and the rest would be refunded. Me and my wife worked things out and I contacted Mr. Hicks. He told me that I signed the paperwork stating that there was a 500 dollar minimum fee for his time and filing and paperwork. I told him I understood and that was fine. When I got to his office he had my refund and he only took out 250 dollars. He said he was glad I worked things out and that I hadn’t done enough for him to take 500 dollars. Mr. Hicks is an extremely knowledgeable attorney and a great human being. Had I gone to court there is nobody I would rather have in my corner.

Bill hicks was my lawyer in a contempt case with my child's father he was absolutely amazing he fought tooth and nail for me and my case he was very caring and Sympathetic towards me and my situation in this matter. He is no push over In the court room. If you want a good reliable lawyer that always answer you calls and questions and fights for you like no other I highly recommend mr hicks.

To say the least my case was a strange and difficult one. You never know how your case will go until you get in the Courtroom and you get your end results. I don't know of any Attorney that would have done a better job than Bill Hicks and Kyle Sharry. This was a case I wouldn't won't to defend if I were an Attorney. But when I tell you that Attorney Hicks and Attorney Kyle Sharry took on this task with the utter most respect and dignity in being kind and hard sometimes in choosing words to say to me. Because they are going to be honest and truthful about the matter and it may be hard to take but you know that what they are telling you will help you in the end more than hurt you. The one thing I know from working with them is that you can trust them and they won't make you feel belittled or ashamed about your opinion. If they know you have strong feeling about your case and how you want it to go they will do their best to make it happen and in most cases they do just that with great professionalism and honesty and that's what I liked about working with this Firm it stands on "Honesty and Trust".

Mr. Sharry was extremely helpful on my legal issues and understanding, I was great full he was always returning my calls and answering any questions I had. I would use his services when and if I require them again

I want to thank Kyle Sharry for doing everything possible to expedite my case. He is a very compassionate and capable lawyer, he walked me through everything. Not only was he great but affordable.
