I went into my case scared because of a previous attorney I had years ago during a long drawn out divorce/custody battle. But Bill went above and beyond, he took off the boxing gloves and fought for my family. Every meeting I had with him I would go in with anxiety and leave with the confidence of David from David and Goliath. God lead us to Bill knowing he was who we needed to help fight our case and help me be strong in court! I'm eternally grateful for his hard work in helping win! Thank You!

The name William means ardent protector or guardian. And that is what you will get in Bill Hicks, not just an attorney but a warrior in court. Just a little shy of two years ago I walked into Mr. Hicks's office with a newborn in tow having been cheated on and abandoned. And like his name implies, his protective side surged forward. Although one of several attorneys I had spoken with, he was the first one that gave me the an indication that he truly cared about what I was going through and wanted to see justice done for me and my little boy. Mr. Hicks has walked with me every step of this long and arduous journey. I also have to say that he and Mr. Kyle Sharry, who helped in my case, were easy to work with, and always answered any questions that I might have had without reproach or irritation-- they guided me when I was making life decisions that could have had an affect on my case. Mr. Hick was always honest in telling me what to expect, and what he said the outcome would be in my case was in indeed the outcome. I trusted this man with my future (my life) and that of my children, and he did not let me down. I can't thank him and his team enough in their council. If the TV show House, MD was about an attorney instead of a medical doctor, I'm convinced they would base the character on Mr. Hicks. I would suggest anyone to consider Mr. Hicks and his team when looking into hiring an attorney.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kyle Sharry!! He is so knowledgeable and if he is the slightest bit unsure about something, he will search and search until he finds the answer. He has a great memory and he is very organized. He put so much dedication into my case. I felt so comfortable knowing he had everything under control. Mr. Hicks represented me on a child custody case that I had been fighting for over 6 years. During that 6 years I had spent thousand of dollars with other attorneys just to be let down. Mr. Hicks was the only attorney that believed in my case and wasn't just trying to take money from me. I was finally awarded custody of my son in 2013. I would definitely recommend him as he is very knowledgeable, dependable and will fight for your rights.

We have been working with Bill Hicks for the last two years on a contentious divorce case. Bill has done a excellent job at walking us through the process and providing in court representation. After posting the original 5 star reviews below I am back and have changed my star rating and here is my update.. We lost our case and Mr. Hicks had a very "oh well" response. My family handed him the very last bit of savings we had to represent us and he was not concerned with the crappy outcome nor did he offer to continue our fight.. He got 3 stars because he cost me a fortune during the original case, my divorce, but the outcome was positive. Original post: This firm has represented me in both my divorce/custody battle and my bankruptcy. I am now preparing to go back to court and after a disappointing run with a different attorney I am back with Mr. Hicks and I feel confident that he will handle my case with professionalism and will work his hardest to achieve all I am seeking. I have and will continue to recommend Hicks, Massey & Gardner!!!!
