I had a case years ago in which my prior lawyers, in my opinion, failed to present the case which would have proven I was not guilty for which I was charged. As a result, I took a plea bargain, but the prior lawyer failed to mention the “First Offender” law . After researching the law myself, I hired another attorney whom then passed the case to Mr Healan. I was advised to be patient and he would handle everything. Well, after about 18 months, Mr Healan not only got the case on the docket, the district attorney’s office even spoke on my behalf in a positive manner and the “Retro First Offender” order was granted! I have since asked a question via email, and much to my surprise, unlike prior lawyers, was answered within five MINUTES! air you need an professional attorney, I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Billy Healan!

I got pulled over in Barrow County for going 23 over the limit. Was subsequently arrested for DUI and given the speeding ticket as well. Found Mr. Healan in a quick google search and I'm absolutely glad I did. I refused breath and sobriety tests so the prosecution's case was weak to start with. Prosecutor initially wanted me to plea to reckless driving and speeding. We had to go back to court a couple times but Mr. Healan got the DUI dismissed completely and the speeding dropped to 14 over so I had no points added to my driving record. This was the best case scenario and I couldn't have done it on my own. A+, worth every penny.

I was pulled over in Winder, Ga and refused the search the officers wanted and did on my vehicle. They found illegal drugs in my car and I was arrested I hired Mr Healen to help prove the officers did a illegal search of my vehicle since I refused the search. This took about a year and a half for us to have a probable cause hearing(and Billy was always a phone call away during that time if I had any questions or concerns). Mr Healen came to court that day prepared and blew me away with his prowesses and knowledge and manner in the court room. He completely proved me innocent and had the case thrown out Now, I am still a felon free citizen thanks to him. Hire Mr Healen if you have any run ins with the police. This is the man to have in your corner.

Mr Healan is the only lawyer to have in your corner if you wish to even have a chance in a barrow county courtroom. Mr. Healan is recognized as a Super Lawyer and he truly lived up to this recognition. His outstanding legal expertise resulted in this case being dismissed after the Petitioners' testimony without my testimony required. He is absolutely the best of the best! Highly recommended!

I had a serious drug case that would have been a felony if it weren't for Mr. Healan. He was able to find fault with the case, and I got a misdemeanor charge instead. I just couldn't believe it. If I had tried to work this case myself I would have received at least 10 years probation or jail time. I couldn't have asked for a better result and Mr. Healan made all the difference in the world. I recommend this lawyer to anyone with any DUI/traffic ticket. He was always quick to respond to any of my questions and was able to take care of most things with me being out of town. Worth the time and the money.
