Mr. Healan helped me in a tremendous way. I had been charged with a D.U.I. and through his comprehensive knowledge of the law, he was able to have the jury find me not guilty. He was responsive, I was able to reach him whenever I had questions, and he let me know in advance what to expect during each step of the legal process. William Healan, or Billy, has represented my family in numerous situations over the years, and we have always received the most informative, attentive assistance from him. The most recent and quite amazing case was in July 2005 (I think). I was arrested for a DUI at 2a.m. one morning while driving home to my family. I had drank one beer, but the officer pulled me over for running a "red" light. Now, you have to understand that I am a young, "white" woman with dreadlocks and piercings, and I was wearing a short dress and platform shoes; so, as soon as he saw me it was over. There are more details, but the long and short of it is: that cop had no business but discrimination in arresting me, since I had had only that one beer way earlier. But I was arrested anyway for a DUI and running a red light. I was nerve-wracked as you can imagine, with a young family and a pending illegitimate DUI. It is so frightening to be unjustly pushed around by unfair idiots with too much authority! With Billy's representation, we took the cop to a jury trial and won!! Billy caught the cop in three blunt lies under oath, and proved that he arrested me, not because of my actions, but because of my appearance. I still got charged with the traffic violation, but that's a small price to pay for not having all the many woes of a DUI in my life and on my record. Any time we need the advice or representation of a lawyer, my family always trusts Billy Healan. I would fully recommend him to any of my friends and clients in need of a knowledgeable, trustworthy attorney.

Mr. Healen handled my case in a professional manner and showed great intrest in my personal case. I was able to reach Mr. Healen every time I called the office or got a call returned that day, which has not been the case with other lawyers in the my past. He worked well with me having to be in school and also having to drive four hours to be at court hearings.
