Andrea was the best case manager and was very helpful and understanding throughout our case. This law firm is the firm we have ever dealt with they are customer oriented and will do whatever it takes to make sure their customer gets everything they need for their case. Natalie has not been responsive to any of my emails after receiving a check. She completely “ghosted” my siblings and I. In a 6 month plus period she responded perhaps twice. I sent several emails and no response. We basically paid $2400 for her to write one letter with no follow up. During our consultation she stated she would do a whole lot more. It is extremely unprofessional for a lawyer to not respond to her clients emails. Do not do business with this group, they do not care about their clients!!!!!!
