Merideth did not know how to handle our divorce case mediation because of our prenuptial agreement, I realized this after 4 hours of mediation. She ignored the mediation requirement/guidelines in the prenuptial agreement. Afterwards when I questioned Merideth, she told me to contact the ADR office as though my contract with her shielded her from all liability and responsibility. Cannot recommend Merideth, she did not facilitate a mediation, for $300.00 an hour she delivered messages to/from the opposing party. Unprofessional, didnt seem properly trained to facilitate mediation. She knew about our prenuptial agreement and chose to ignore it.

We made an appointment for a consultation with Meredith earlier in the week. No show! Didn't follow up with me until I called them again to remind them they missed our appointment. Rescheduled again for another day and the exact same outcome. No call, no email, no text, and no apology! We will take our Estate Planning business elsewhere. Would not recommend!

PSA: Do not hire Attorney Adam Stein. Poor quality of work, bad representation. Adam Stein shares domestic violence victims information with opposing party. Doesn't file contempts of court as needed for your case after providing evidence. Will not show documents / exhibit as evidence in court. Will not speak up or challenge opposing counsel, just weak representation. Not worth an $1 an hour. Charges over $3,500 only for a court date, not file anything in court. Lies about getting a court date in 30 days, took 7 months.

Courtney and her team did a fantastic job walking with me through my divorce process. They were compassionate, wise counsel and I'll be forever grateful for their assistance navigating my situation.

Meredith was extremely knowledgeable about what steps needed to be taken to resolve my case. She took the time to walk me through various scenarios and made recommendations. Why is this law firm even listed on a ONE TIME FEE SITE?! My father paid them over $12,000 and they still wanted another $8,000 from him for MY divorce! My father said no way! And I’m glad he did...his money that he worked for for a great retirement. I was a stay at home Mom for 15 years and I finally found a part time job just to get out of the house. I made $18,000 last year...Scam artists is what they are!!! My father is 90 years old...talk about abusing the elderly!!! Mediation was a joke...Courtney and the mediator talked about different cases and judges while I’m paying $150 an hour for my case, $450 later...nothing accomplished! I hired them 11/28/18 and I’m still not divorced from my abuser...3/19/20. Complete waste of time and money with this firm! I have no idea how they sleep at night...probably in one of those expensive number beds makes it easier!!

It was a very stressful time in my life, but Meredith made me feel confident that everything was being taken care of. Im so thankful my friend recommended her practice. I certainly can’t say I hope to ever need a lawyer again...but if I do, Meredith will be my first and only call.

Where does one begin? No one wants to be in the situation where your life is turned upside down due to divorce. I unfortunately was that person. I have two boys and all I could think of was them. I felt empowered and relieved after each communication despite the difficulty of the personal process of divorce. I wholeheartedly recommend Courtney, her team and the firm. The accounting team is also terrific and work with you to help watch your expenses and make payments in a way that makes sense for you.

I originally had a different lawyer while going through my divorce. He was hard to reach and didn't seem to listen to me. From the moment I contacted Meredith, I felt like she really understood what I was going through and genuinely wanted to help me. She took over as my lawyer and immediately did everything that needed to be done as well as explain how the whole process works. She was always available when I had any questions and is very down to earth and super easy to talk to. From our first meeting -through mediation -to my day in court, I was confident that Meredith had my best interest in mind and thankful that she was there for me through it all. Obviously divorce is not a pleasant experience and can be overwhelming, but Meredith was amazing through it all!!!
