I highly recommend Don Roch as an attorney. My wife was driving to work and she was hit head on by two kids in a truck. It totaled her car and she was injured. Both parties shared the same insurance company. Don knew how to handle the difficult process of ensuring that my wife was taken care of medically and compensated for her losses. He handled things that we knew nothing about and the insurance company had no intention of addressing with us. They were more interested in minimizing their exposure since they represented both parties. When the Insurance company paid some bills incorrectly, instead of paying us, they told us it was up to us to go after the medical providers to get our money back. Don aggressively went after the insurance company and got us the money. He was very professional in all matters, very empathetic to my wife's injuries and recovery and was very successful in settling this situation to our satisfaction.
