I highly recommend Don Roch as an attorney. My wife was driving to work and she was hit head on by two kids in a truck. It totaled her car and she was injured. Both parties shared the same insurance company. Don knew how to handle the difficult process of ensuring that my wife was taken care of medically and compensated for her losses. He handled things that we knew nothing about and the insurance company had no intention of addressing with us. They were more interested in minimizing their exposure since they represented both parties. When the Insurance company paid some bills incorrectly, instead of paying us, they told us it was up to us to go after the medical providers to get our money back. Don aggressively went after the insurance company and got us the money. He was very professional in all matters, very empathetic to my wife's injuries and recovery and was very successful in settling this situation to our satisfaction. You can't go wrong with Don Roch as your attorney.

I would absolutely recommend Don Roch. He kept me informed and updated every step of the way. He is an outstanding, honest lawyer who does what he says he is going to do. Before him, I tried working with a big name law firm. I was ignored, so I googled lawyers in my area. Don’s name came up and I took a chance. I am so glad I did, he genuinely cared and worked harder for me than the previous law firm.

Although he couldn’t take my case, he did a thorough review of the facts and explained why & even guided me on the next steps. He listens well & takes the time to get to know you. He keeps his word if you make an appointment and valued my time. As opposed to mailing it, he was even kind enough to bring back my file because we knew I would need it right away.

I don't know about anywhere else, but in Cherokee Country he does wonders. I rather go to Iraq without guns than go to Cherokee county court house without Don roch. If you walk out of that sorry building in downtown canton without this guy, 9 out of 10 you are going to feel like you got poked in the butt by the judge and the DA. Joking NOT joking.
