I cannot thank Brad Simon enough for the outstanding legal support he provided to my son during a recent court martial in the Air Force. From the very beginning, I was deeply worried about my son’s future, as the outcome of this trial could have had life-altering consequences. Brad Simon’s professionalism and extensive knowledge of military law were evident throughout the entire process. He never gave us false hope or unrealistic expectations but instead provided a clear and honest assessment of the situation. His transparency about the unpredictable nature of these trials and the role of the panel’s opinions was reassuring and helped us prepare for the journey ahead. Thanks to his hard work, dedication, and exceptional legal expertise, my son was ultimately found not guilty on all charges. I am forever grateful to Brad Simon for his tireless efforts in securing my son’s future. If you are in need of an attorney who specializes in military law, I highly recommend Brad Simon. He is a true professional who cares deeply about his clients and their families.

POWERFUL! BOLD! PASSIONATE! STRATEGIC! Mickey Williams and Sean Flood brought such compelling presence to the courtroom that my grandson was able to walk away with a full acquittal. An opportunity to move forward and live life with a bright future. The knowledge of military law and how that system works was crucial for us. These guys are fierce and relentless in defending their clients. From the very start of this two-year journey, Mickey has always been honest and clear about the entire process. He was always responsive to any questions or concerns, always supportive and encouraging. These attorneys working together are nothing short of amazing! Our family is so thankful for this defense team, and we highly recommend Capovilla and Williams for anyone needing the best in military representation. Five Stars isn’t enough. We give them 10!

I didn't know what else to do... I really was beginning to feel trapped... making just minimum payments on credit cards to try and stay afloat... this helped to maintain my credit but the challenge came when my commission and bonus structure started to decrease at my job... that's when I noticed my debt to credit ratio spiking out of control... Mr. Limbocker and his assistant Julie kept me at peace and I was able to go through the process of bankruptcy with the guidance of Mr. Limbocker which resulted in a successful discharge! It is important to do exactly as instructed... Mr. Limbocker will certainly lay out the best options for you... Mr. Limbocker is a professional and he has many years of experience! There is not a better attorney that I would have wanted to handle my case!! I cry tears of joy for such a new chapter of my life that also allows me to realize that the debt was truly a weight my heart was carrying... then Limbocker Law Firm came as a God send... and I'm so grateful and wish many blessings for the firm! Thank you Brian and Julie!

I was referred to Kent after my car accident. My car was a total loss and I had injuries to my neck that worsened over time. After meeting with Kent in person to review my accident, I knew he would win my case. (which is exactly what he did!) What I liked the most about Kent and his entire team was their ability to listen to my concerns, and educate me on the process of the suit. Go meet him to discuss your case, and you will look no further for someone to represent you.

I'm not one too give up in a time of great hardships. I do teach and believe that we all need help from others sometimes. Lawmakers, law upholders, and yes LAWYERS! Hait, Eichelzer, and Kuhn brought my family together. United us for ever and I could never be more grateful.

A short title, but 5 words that describe my experience with Hait & Eichelzer. Outside of my professional life, I have been fortunate not to need an attorney. In these difficult times, I found myself in need of competent counsel, but I found so much more in Kent Eichelzer and his firm. Kent and his team's advice & counsel turned an embarrassing, disabling situation into a bearable circumstance.

  4. What is your approach to resolving cases like mine?
Learn about their strategy, whether they prefer negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
  5. What potential outcomes can I expect?
While no lawyer can guarantee results, they can provide an assessment of possible scenarios based on their experience.

Can a Lawyer Represent Me in Courts Outside of Woodstock, Georgia?

Whether a lawyer can represent you in courts outside of your city or state depends on their licensure and the jurisdiction of the court:

  • Within the Same State:
Lawyers licensed in a particular state can typically practice anywhere within that state, including all cities and counties. They can represent you in both state and federal courts located in that state.
  • Outside of Their Licensed State:
If your case is in a different state, the lawyer must be licensed in that state to represent you. However, there are exceptions:
    • Pro Hac Vice Admission: An out-of-state lawyer can request special permission to represent a client in a specific case in another state. This requires filing a motion with the court and often working in conjunction with a local attorney.
    • Federal Courts: If your case is in federal court, a lawyer licensed in any state may be able to represent you, provided they are admitted to practice in that particular federal court.
  • International Representation:
For cases outside the United States, different rules apply, and the lawyer may need to comply with the foreign country's legal requirements or collaborate with local counsel.

It's important to discuss your specific situation with the lawyer to determine if they can represent you in the desired jurisdiction and what steps may be necessary to do so.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  • Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing. Most state bar websites have an online directory for this purpose.
  • Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case. Review their website, professional profiles, and case history.
  • Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association's records.
  • Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Google, or Yelp to gauge client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field and adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation in the legal community.
  • Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  • Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their abilities and professionalism.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  • Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as:
    • Contracts or agreements
    • Correspondence (emails, letters, texts)
    • Legal notices or court papers
    • Financial records (if applicable)
    • Evidence (photos, videos, receipts)
  • Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and parties involved. This helps the lawyer quickly understand the context.
  • List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, fees, or the lawyer's experience.
  • Financial Information:
If your case involves financial matters, bring relevant documents like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or invoices.
  • Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case, including their names and contact information.
  • Personal Identification:
Bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Pen and Notebook:
Take notes during the consultation to remember important points discussed.
  • Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations so the lawyer can provide appropriate guidance on fees and payment options.
  • Openness and Honesty:
Be prepared to discuss your case candidly. Full disclosure allows the lawyer to give accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
