i was very disappointed with the performance of Patrick Evans as my attorney. I could handle the fact he was rude and condescending to me, although it did wear thin. But the deal breaker was he followed his own agenda with no regard to my wishes or needs. He also gets very visibly nervous in the courtroom. Not the thing most of us need in such a situation.

What started out as a few annoying things, such as purposely dragging the conversation on three times longer than needed, turned into a very bad experience overall. The first offer was fine with me, but under the advice of my lawyer, I let him send a counter. This caused the case to be dragged out, of course to their wallet's benefit. The bottom line was we ended up having to work to get the original offer back. Now they are doing exactly what some of the reviews warned, and they are trying to find another reason to bill me and hold the rest of the retainer as long as possible. I hope everyone else reads the reviews and sees this is common behavior with them. You can do better, trust me.

Having Mr. Evans represent us as part of a legitimation & visitation case was an excellent decision. He was well prepared & professional. He was exceptional the way he handled our case in the courtroom. We felt confident with our choice of attorney and were very pleased with the positive outcome of our case.
