We were very disappointed with our recent closing with Hartman Law Firm. The communication was poor the whole way through. Had I not sent multiple reminders to them, we would not have closed timely. As the seller, we did not receive our proceeds on the day of closing and Hartman did not even find it important enough to inform us of the delay and reason for the delay. We sat refreshing our account all day only to call and be told that they did not even wire the funds. It was as if they were confused on why I would even be calling to check. We were just left to wonder if funds were wired into the wrong account and then spoken to rudely over the phone regarding the matter. Some of our questions went unanswered regardless of reaching out multiple times, we just had to let go and hope for the best. Needless to say we did not receive the best.
