DO. NOT. USE. THIS. FIRM. Let me tell you what will happen (also check Yelp), she will take your retainer, file a motion and then disappear into thin air. Try to set up a call with her, there's an "emergency", try to set up a meeting with her, she's "out of town", three consecutive times I tried to have my FIRST call with her she rescheduled, rescheduled and rescheduled. Doesn't care about her clients, just wants your money. I will shortly be filing a complaint with the bar and then I will likely hear from her. BAD BAD BAD

Our son was charged with a felony charge and looking at 1 to 15 years...what a devastating event for our entire family. The man above created a range of events that placed Attorney Molly Mindy in our lives to create a miracle that the family was in desperate need of. We were in court all day and it was not looking good. Attorney Molly Mindy explained to us everything we needed to know about our son's situation and put together an argument for the court of all the reasons why our son should not be sentenced for jail time for the charges. When we walked out of the conference room to appear in front of the judge for sentencing, I had already felt like a ton of weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I knew that Attorney Molly Mindy was going to do all that she could to get my son the best possible outcome and that's exactly what happened. The judge put our son on probation. It went from potential jail time & becoming a lifelong criminal to being released on probation and being with his 10-year-old daughter and the family again. Attorney Molly Mindy is the best attorney in our opinion and here's why: 1. My phone calls and messages were always answered or returned in a very timely manner. 2. Attorney Molly Mindy gave us her full attention when needed. 3. We only appeared in court when necessary. She made every effort to keep us out of court and not drive 4 hours to court. Attorney Molly Mindy is very clever/smart, highly intelligent, and know how to treat people. She would not settle for anything less than our objective. If you're ever in an unfortunate situation like we were, I highly recommend Attorney Molly Mindy. Attorney Mindy is going to do everything possible to work at achieving the best possible result and represent you in the most honest and professional manner. My experience with Attorney Mindy was above and beyond anything I would have expected. She is passionate about the law, her clients and customer service.
