After having been in a car accident, a close friend of mine said I should get a lawyer. My mind was filled with all of the tropes from tv and giant court rooms with judges and a jury... I was very skeptical about it, and at the same time didn't understand what all was involved. Thankfully on a recomendation, I found Jim Imbriale and his firm for accidents and personal injury. I am beside myself to say how much I appreciate the people who work here. Amanda and Kim have been my champions through this entire process, and have put me at ease each step of the way. Not only are they good at their jobs, but they are good people, they make you feel at home, and are incredibly down to earth. In January 2020, my daughter and I were involved in a head on collision with an illegal left turning vehicle. My vehicle was totaled and we sustained multiple injuries. I was involved in an accident where someone turned left in front of me and I was unable to stop so my vehicle struck the side of his car. I ended up with several injuries and had to go through extensive therapy causing me a lot of pain, migraines and to have to miss work and it impacted my abilities to preform my job properly and even doing things around my own home. I went through therapy a little over 4 months and the insurance company for that individual refused to pay what was owed because they felt it was unnecessary treatment. We ended up having to go to court and the attorney for that insurance company bullied me and was determined to win no matter what it took, even saying things I didn't say in her closing arguments. Amanda Hall was phenomenal!!! She worked by my side every step of the way and even wanted to object when the other attorney was lying to the judge, which of course he knew, he had been paying attention. Amanda was able to get me a settlement that not only took care of all of my medical bills, but also some for me for everything I endures. I consider Amanda as a strong fighter with a huge heart, this is more than just a job for her, this is her passion, she truly cares and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of.
