We paid up front for a trust to be formed for a family member July 2012. With all documents in hand his response to the question of when the work would be completed was soon. Approximately two months later we have no idea of what work product if any has been completed. The last promise of having the work completed was 2/4/2013. I have called or tried to contact him every work day until today 2/14/2013 with no repsonse. I am sending a letter of dismissal today & requesting the documents and money to be returned.

My son's case was getting worse every time we went to court and I finally realized we needed an attorney. I hired Mr. Forbes and even though it seemed like a very minor case, the Judge was outrageous and Mr. Forbes argued my son's case and the Judge finally agreed. I am grateful for Mr. Forbes and I highly recommend him.
