Josh and the team at Nelson Elder Law prepared a Simple Will Package including Power of Attorney for my wife and I. I was extremely happy with how easy they made this process. Josh was both pleasant and patient as he walked me through the paperwork. I found his staff to be very well organized, sympathetic to my concerns, and thorough in the details. What sets Josh apart from other attorneys is his comfortable, friendly approach to legal counsel. I would definitely use his services again.
