My husband and I are very happy with the level of personal service we receive from Scott and his legal team. Scott and his team have been very responsive to our questions and needs. Scott truly believes that a successful estate plan is based on the client understanding the law and how his/her particular estate plan is designed to meet his/her needs, while at the same time understanding that those needs can change over time. He has assisted us in sucessfully implementing our estate plan, assisted us in transferring assets to fund our various trusts, and has kept in touch with us regularly regarding updates to our plan. We also value the informative newsletters and workshops. We feel very secure knowing that our estate planning needs have been thoroughly reviewed and implemented pursuant to our wishes.
