Prior to working with Mr. Cruise and his amazing team, I had a hard time finding a firm to listen. I can say that they created a stress-free process and I was Treated with respect. I had been well informed through every step of the way. My expectations were exceeded and I can only express my gratitude and thanks. Stuart Kodish was the atty for my mother. Words cannot fully express the extent of my appreciation for the legal help Mr. Kodish provided. My mother was 93 yrs old and still independent with a sharp mind. She was still able: 1) to do her own finances, grocery shopping, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, 2) to take the bus to do her errands and to her doctor appointments. One fateful morning, a neighbor's negligence with her dogs running loose in the street (against leash laws), caused my mother to lose her balance, fall and hit her head against the cement sidewalk - which resulted in bleeding to her brain and left wrist fracture.
