I suffered alot of mental and physical damage through it all. It was hard for me being hurt away from my home country of Japan. I was very worried and stressed constantly because of this, but they helped me alot. They took care of everything for me. Because they did that, I was able to focus on my healing and surviving. My husband contacted Yamane son after our accident. Best decision ever! My main focus were on my children’s injuries as well as mines. There are so many factors that comes to play when you are claiming with insurance companies. And believe me they try to disprove the amount of pain you were in, and for me still in. From day one, everyone has been very caring and helpful. Nicole, Woody, Judy, Ana, and Brandy always kept in touch. I suffered a couple injuries that required two separate surgeries. Almost four years ago I was hit and pinned against a wall by a vehicle. I had six surgeries within a week. My boyfriend and I decided to call Leavitt, Yamane & Soldner. Woody Soldner himself came down to the hospital to meet with my boyfriend and started on our case right away. The staff from LYS are so friendly and always treated us like family making the ordeal that I had to go through a little less grueling. Judy and Tomi were always so cheerful and pleasant to talk to. Woody Soldner and Nicole Kalakau were my lawyers and did everything they could for me and I couldn't have made it through this ordeal without them.

I was pleasantly surprised about how comfortable they all make you feel, from every person you meet in the office to the phone calls and follow-up. It is a bit nerve racking to reach out for help but I was immediately put at ease when EVERYTHING was explained in laymans terms at our first meeting. The staff was professional yet personable, when they provided updates or needed information. The overall experience was very pleasant and the results were very accurate as to their forecasted outcome. I would not hesitate to be their client again and highly recommend their services.

They represented us in a wrongful death lawsuit for my Dad. They came thru with flying colors and I am glad they were on my side, although I would rather have my Dad alive.

This firm did a fantastic job for me. I worked with Stuart Kodish on my case. He was always very responsive when I had questions and worked very hard to get my case settled. We had an opportunity to settle early on but he chose to continue pushing to reduce my insurance companie's claim even though it would not change the amount he and the firm would be receiving. He succeeded and managed to triple the final amount I received. I cannot recommend him or this firm highly enough.

Where to begin? My SO and I reached out for a recent car accident and we were put in touch with Judy. She has gone above and beyond to help us though this difficult time even though she could not assist in our case at this time.
