I needed to update my 2002 living trust. I googled living trust attorneys, and found Attorney, Keoni Souza. I read his positive reviews and decided to contact him. I am so glad that I did. I contacted Keoni via email and sent him information that he requested. In the first meeting, Keoni informed me that he had done some research and discovered that my home was not entered back into trust when I refinanced several years ago. If tragedy had struck, this would have placed my home into probate. Thankfully, Keoni instructed me on what to do and I was able to resolve the situation the next day. Throughout the process, Keoni was informative and spoke in a clear and concise language that I understood. Keoni also provided easy to understand, written instructions, and also placed colored tabs where signatures were needed on the documents. Keoni also provided easy to understand instructions for the notary ( just in case). This was one of the best investments I had made for my family! Thank you Keoni for being part of this investment.

AMAZING! Simply put, that is what our experience was with Keoni Souza's law office. Keoni delivers on ALL that he promises. In fact, he exceeds expectations! When our parents passed away, we experienced firsthand the difficulties that come with poorly written trusts so when we set out to create our own trust, getting it done properly was a top priority. His free webinar provided an excellent risk-free overview of wills/trusts and what to expect at our first meeting. The Family Wealth Planning Session was informative and motivated us to begin completing our Family Wealth Inventory. Inventorying our assets/debts, listing important contacts, and determining other details we wanted included in our trust was a lot of work, but worth the effort. Completing that alone was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders! We've completed similar inventories with other attorneys, but what's exceptional about Keoni's process is how comprehensive and systematic it is. We have access to it and can update it through the portal. We can rest assured our trustee will be able to track our assets upon our death and have all the information needed to carry out our wishes, ensuring our beneficiaries receive what we intended. Keoni also provided clearly written instructions to transfer our assets and fund our trust. It really is quite mind-blowing how thorough Keoni is in his communication and instructions! Keoni cares about passing on intangible assets, too. He offered us an opportunity to participate in a Legacy Interview where we could share our personal stories and values. We weren't sure we wanted to participate, but decided to give it a try (we figured we could delete it if we didn't like it). We're glad we decided to step out of our comfort zone! Keoni made the video look so beautiful and professional! Now we have a real piece of us to leave behind for loved ones. We highly recommend you embrace this opportunity to leave your legacy so loved ones will have memories of you that can be cherished long after you're gone. Keoni is upfront about the flat fee plans he offers. He will review his plans and allow you to make a decision (with no pressure) based on your unique situation and needs. He even offers complimentary triennial plan reviews (we've never been offered that by our other estate attorneys). He also offers an optional membership program to help keep your plan updated annually at a reasonable rate. This shows Keoni's commitment to helping you keep your trust working for you the way it should. Our experience with Keoni was exceptional and we'd be surprised if your experience is anything less. Keoni was EXCELLENT every step of the way! He explained everything to both my wife and I thoroughly. We really felt comfortable and his services was VERY professional and most of all personable. Definitely NOT a "one-size" fits all type of service we probably would've gotten if we chose another trust attorney. My overall experience was very positive and I felt much was accomplished despite my novice skills with Technology. Keoni was very patient and aided me with completing several tasks. It was convenient being able to meet and discuss the revocable trust from home. And I would recommend this experience to friends that are seeking legal assistance.

Keoni made my estate planning seem so seamless and easy to understand on what I can/should do. Options were clear and concise. Thought it would be a lot harder to do this. Had I known, I would have done my estate planning years ago! Meetings and follow up meetings were done very professionally. He answered all concerns that I had. I know that my kids will be taken care of when I'm gone. Only concern I have is that I hope and pray my kids will not fight and retaliate against each other. But by then, it'll be out of my hands...
